According to a recently released report on the Wall Street Journal, Nokia is all set to unveil its first android-powered phone Nokia X at this Mobile World Congress. The report also added credence to multiple rumors that we have been hearing about for past few months.
It was suggested in the report that the Nokia X will take over Asha series as the new budget friendly phone powered with Android OS and equipped with low end specs. Instead, it will come with pre-loaded apps and services of Microsoft and Nokia such as MixRadio, Bing, Here Maps and Skype. Also, the Google Play will be replaced with a Nokia app store in Nokia X.
The previous reports have suggested the specs of Nokia X to be: 1GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 4GB RAM, 4GB storage with microSD slot, 4 inch WVGA display and 5 megapixel rear camera.
