Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark Announced

Activision and Hasbro has officially announced a new upcoming video game, Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark. The game is set to release this year for 3DS, Win, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark was revealed at the American International Toy Fair in New York during the preview event of Hasbro. The game was previously leaked by Amazon UK last week.

The game will be published by Activision, while Edge of Reality will develop it replacing High Moon Studios of the previous two Cybertron games.

According to the representative from Activision, Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark will link the High Moon’s Cybertron universe with the universe in the upcoming live action movie Transformers: Age of Extinction created by Michael Bay.

As with the previous two Cybertron games, players will be able to play as both Autobots and Decepticons. As of yet, Grimlock was announced as one of the playable characters.

PlayStation 4 beats Xbox One with Nearly Double Sales in US

According to a retails sales data report released by a research firm The NPD Group, Xbox One has been beaten by PlayStation 4 in the race to become the top-selling console in US and Worldwide. Latest data revealed by NPD shows that the PS4 sales nearly doubled the sales of Xbox One in the month of January in US, while remained the top selling console worldwide.

“PS4 led overall hardware sales this month, followed by the Xbox One,” The NPD Group’s Liam Callahan mentioned in an e-mail.

In December 2013, it was opposite of the current situation since Xbox One sales were reported to be higher than PS4 at that time.

Sony and Microsoft both has not revealed their exact sales figure yet.

Possible Leak – Fallout 4: Shadows of Boston (Updated)

Fans of Fallout all around the world have been eagerly waiting to hear any official words on the next entry in the Fallout series. We have been hearing rumors and seeing hoaxes about Fallout 4 for quite some time, but we have yet to see something official.

This might not be something concrete, but still it is enough to give us some hope. An IMDB listing labeled “Fallout: Shadows of Boston” has recently surfaced with the release date being some time in 2017. There is nothing to confirm the authenticity of this listing, but there is also no evidence of it being false.

Also, according to the recently leaked documents, it was reported that the location of Fallout 4 will be Boston. Therefore, this IMDB listing could really be the Fallout 4 we all have longed for. Just as a reminder, there is still no official confirmation of the existence of Fallout 4.

A New Sonic Game Might Release in 2015

According to this promotional sign, a new entry in Sonic video games is coming in 2015 for PlayStation 4, WiiU and Xbox One platforms. However, it is still not confirmed if this sign is authentic or not.

This promotional sign, which was first posted to (a German Website), was displayed last week at a toy fair in Nuremberg, Germany. The toy maker Jazwares was promoting a new Sonic toy line at this event.

The sign also lists the recently released Sonic titles, Sonic: Lost World and Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games: Sochi 2014. The Sign lists the upcoming animated show as well, Sonic Boom, which is confirmed to debut this fall.

We all know that an unannounced Sonic video game will release sometime in future since Nintendo and Sega announced their partnership last year. It was announced at that time that three sonic games will be released on Nintendo platforms, i.e. 3DS and WiiU, two being recently released Sonic: Lost World and Mario & Sonic Sonic at the Olympic Games: Sochi 2014.
